Opalescent was created as a subtle ode to my favorite flower, the Highlander Rainbow Delphinium (last slide :) ) . I made this one specifically to have subtle pops of color, to add interest for the maker during the process and to create a garment that is visually intriguing but still very much not overwhelming to the eye. 🧚🩵🌟

Opalescent is a beautiful variegated yarn with flowing pastel peridot green and white, with handpainted lilac purple and delphinium blue little rainbows in the skein! These skeins are painted by hand, and is a special technique which takes 4 hours of additional processing, hence the $2 upcharge. Always worth it, promise! :) 🙌🏻

Opalescent is dyed using methods to avoid pooling but should be alternated for best results, since it has medium sized color repeats.
